3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Professional Services

Refunds are generally not available once a service session has commenced given the personalized nature of the engagement. However, if a service is canceled by energymanagerhub prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days.

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may request to reschedule by contacting us via our contact form. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

3.2 Informational Products

Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund provided that you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once access has been granted, refunds are not possible due to the nature of digital content.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

3.3 Physical Merchandise

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via our contact form. We will arrange for replacement or refund upon verification.

Returns of physical items must be made in original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds for returned merchandise will be credited via the original payment method within 14 business days after item receipt.
